The Quarter Beef Breakdown
A quarter beef provides approximately 100-120 lbs of packaged meat. While that sounds like a lot, it fits surprisingly well in a standard freezer.
- Cubic Feet Needed: 4-5 cu. ft.
- Visual: Imagine about 4-5 reusable grocery bags full of meat.
- Equipment: A small chest freezer works perfectly, or even the top/bottom freezer of a standard empty fridge.
