Our Story — A Multigenerational Family Cattle Ranch in East Texas

Gabriel Ranch isn't a brand we built in a boardroom. It's a family cattle ranch — 1,600+ acres of rolling East Texas pasture that our family has worked for generations. We raise Black Angus cattle the way it's supposed to be done: on open grass, with no added hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, and no shortcuts.

How We Raise Our Beef

Our cattle spend their lives on pasture, grazing on natural grass across our ranch in Grand Saline, Texas. When it's time for finishing, we use a carefully managed grain-finishing program to develop the rich marbling and consistent tenderness our customers expect. The result is premium beef that tastes the way beef used to taste — before feedlots and factory farms changed everything.

Every animal is raised under our direct supervision. We know our herd. We manage the land. And we oversee every step from pasture to package. That's not a marketing claim — it's just how a family ranch operates when your name is on the label.

We offer bulk beef shares (half and whole beef), curated bundles, and monthly beef subscriptions — all shipped frozen and vacuum-sealed to your door anywhere in the lower 48 states. If you're local to East Texas, you can also visit our meat markets in Canton and Lindale to shop in person.

Lindale Meat Market — Our Lindale, TX location serves the Tyler–Lindale corridor with the same premium beef, personal service, and ranch-direct quality. Open Monday through Saturday.
