Our Black Angus cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed before being grain-finished for approximately 90 days to develop the tenderness, flavor, and marbling we want in our beef. No added hormones or steroids and no unnecessary antibiotics.
Whether you grill them, reverse sear them, or finish them in a cast-iron skillet, these filets are an easy way to bring steakhouse night home.
Step 1 : Place Your Order - Once the order is placed we will reach out to you about the freezer shipping info.
Step 2: Once beef is being processed we will reach out and have your free freezer shipped to you. Our goal is to have the freezer arrive before the meat to ensure everything is set up and working.
Step 3: Once freezer is set up we will ship out your beef the following week! Then, unload your beef and ENJOY!
